A legal disclaimer
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
Cruise Ship & Weather Conditions
Tours operate subject to weather, road, and operational conditions. In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or operational issues, tours may be cancelled or modified for guest safety.
As cruise ship schedules, tender operations, and weather conditions can change unexpectedly, we strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated departure location on time and for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the selected tour.
Wildlife & Nature Experiences
Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward wildlife, national parks, and natural environments.
Safety
Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff throughout the tour. Whitsunday Shore Excursions reserves the right to refuse participation where guest behaviour may impact safety or the enjoyment of others.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.
